The 2024 monthly contribution costs, which are deducted pretax from your pay, are listed below. In the event you are in an unpaid status, you will be billed directly by the University.

When no longer benefits eligible due to reduced hours or termination of employment, an employee can buy group healthcare coverage through COBRA for oneself and/or eligible dependents for up to 18 months or longer in certain cases. Refer to the COBRA webpage for premium information.
