About HR
Welcome to the Office of Human Resources!
The HR Team is committed to the University’s mission and to supporting a community of individuals who each play an important role to further the mission to advance knowledge, educate future leaders, and have a positive impact on the wider community. As one of the University’s most valuable resources, Princeton’s employees demonstrate daily that they are motivated and engaged by the challenging and stimulating work they do, no matter their role. We value and belong to a community where respect, teamwork, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion matter. HR is committed to preserving the confidentiality and privacy of information entrusted to its care.
We hope staff, faculty, candidates, and prospective candidates find the information on this website about HR services, benefits, programs, time off, and other content informative and that it conveys what it’s like to work at Princeton!
