Meet with HR staff members for HR-related matters. Appointments are recommended. Regular Tiger Transit shuttle service on the 100 Overlook/701 Carnegie Center line is available to and from Main Campus. There is ample parking at Overlook for those who drive.

Park in Lot 23 or at metered parking along Alexander Road and College Road. Individuals with disabilities can proceed to the north or south guard booth on Elm Drive for permission to be dropped off or picked up at various locations.
Candidates who have scheduled interviews at other locations may be directed by the hiring manager or the talent acquisition specialist to park in an alternative lot on campus. Refer to Transportation and Parking for directions and campus maps.
Standard Business Hours for Scheduled Appointments & Walk-in Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- HR administrative services, including I-9 processing: unavailable between noon and 1:00 p.m.
- Benefits services: unavailable between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.
Employees can go to the HR Main Office, 100 Overlook Center, by appointment or walk-in, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or call (609) 258-3300.
HRSC staff assists new, current, and prospective regular, visiting, and temporary faculty and staff with:
- Employment eligibility verification–Form I-9, new hire paperwork, other HR forms
- Advice and guidance on benefits plans, claims retirement, and work-life programs
- Employment and income verifications
- Access to and use of HR systems
- Job search and applications
- Other job and work-life needs
Complete or drop off forms in person. For information security, drop off forms in person that contain confidential or restricted information.
