Diversity & Inclusion Summer Series

The 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Summer Series — a sequel to the 2019 ERG Summer Showcase — was offered virtually in four weekly sessions between July 9 and August 5.

As we continue working from home this summer and especially during this unsettling and unprecedented time, it is important for our community to stay together, uphold each other, and help stimulate a brave and resilient mindset.

The program provides opportunities to:

  • Elevate our spirit of community and engagement
  • Increase our knowledge on diversity, equity, and inclusivity
  • Encourage self-care to address stress, regain a sense of balance, and stay healthy

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) work to create a more inclusive environment and sense of belonging within the University while also remaining engaged with external communities. Membership and participation in all ERGs are open to all employees, regardless of identity. Participating is an excellent way to connect, learn, build ally-ship, and grow at work.
