This interactive course will highlight changes with the work environment especially since the pandemic; identify why it is important but challenging to develop and sustain a cohesive/effective team when working remotely; and identify strategies to develop and maintain a cohesive, effective, and efficient remote team.

This is a two-part class and participants must attend both sessions, which are held on separate days. Part 2 is on April 15 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
