Explore the practical and theoretical aspects of leading in a diverse and complex work environment and the challenges facing universities and society. Understand the different dimensions of diversity and how they impact all aspects of the campus environment. Examine values and beliefs about diversity, race, power and privilege in American society. Consider how leaders in higher education are challenged with understanding the different dimensions of diversity and how they affect all aspects of the campus environment.
This is a two-part cohort class and participants must be able to attend both sessions.
