Virtual Self-Directed Learning Videos Series
Now that we have returned to work on campus, a set of emotions that are rational, valid, and genuine may come into play.
This video series is designed to explore these various emotions and hear stories that people have around the transition back to campus. They also offer the opportunity to embrace a growth and solutions-based mindset which can empower us to navigate the transition in a constructive way.
Similar to live virtual workshops, these videos provide knowledge and actionable lessons for bringing awareness to and managing emotions in these vulnerable times.
