Staying Well with Princeton Benefits, August 2021

Aug. 10, 2021

August has arrived, and soon many of us will return to campus for the first time in many months, joining those whose roles required them to work onsite throughout the pandemic. It’s an exciting time, but change can also be stressful. Be sure to take care of yourself as you prepare to return for the fall semester, and use your Princeton health and wellness benefits to help through this transition.

Opening in September: The Employee Wellness Center @ 350 Alexander. Here, you’ll find support to help you care for yourself and your family, so you can thrive at work and at home. Stay tuned for more details.

Taking care of your mental, physical, and financial wellness is critically important. We hope you will take advantage of the offerings and information below to assist you in reaching your personal goals.
