New employees are required to complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process within the first three days of employment, presenting their identity and work authorization documents to a representative of the Office of Human Resources.

Human Resources staff will conduct the I-9 verifications at the New South Building in room B10. The schedule for the beginning of the Fall 2022 semester is as follows:

• Thursday, September 1, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friday, September 2, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, September 6, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, September 8, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Appointments are strongly recommended and can be made online.

Hours for the remainder of the semester are by appointment only, normally on Monday and Thursday mornings at New South, room B10.
