The deadline for submissions to the 2021-2022 Staff Essay Contest is February 28. This year, as many staff emerge from their pandemic-imposed bubbles, both in their personal and professional lives, contestants are invited to describe a connection they are eager to rebuild, be it with people, a place, or an activity, and explain what makes this disrupted tie so meaningful in 750-1,250 words. The Selection Committee will award one prize of $1,000 and up to three honorable mentions.
Information regarding the selection criteria and submission process, as well as the essays of past winners, can be found on Princeton Writes’ website. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
