Thrive At Princeton. Thrive Every Day. Make the Most of Your Princeton Benefits

Happy New Year! Make yourself a priority — add health and wellness goals to your new year’s resolution list. Get started by creating new healthy habits, setting limits, and practicing self-care. Be sure your daily routine includes getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercising, reducing your stress, and making time to enjoy activities you love. Consider setting financial goals at the beginning of the new year, like saving for a vacation, putting aside emergency funds, improving your credit score, paying off debt, and planning for the future.

Taking care of your physical, mental, and financial wellness is extremely important. We hope this monthly benefits newsletter will make it easy and convenient for you to do just that.

Health screenings typically detect diseases early, before you have symptoms, when they may be easiest to treat. Talk to your doctor about when you should get these common screening tests based on your age, health history, and other personal risk factors. For guidance on screenings or help finding a specialist or an independent, in-network facility, please reach out to Health Advocate at (866) 695-8622.
