As required by law, employees working in the United States are required to complete the I-9 process at the time of hire, rehire, or when their work authorization documents expire. New employees are required to complete the I-9 within three days of their start date.

January 2025

• Thursday, January 2: 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. 
• Thursday, January 16: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Monday, January 20: UNIVERSITY CLOSED
• Tuesday, January 21: 9:00 a.m-12:00 p.m.

Appointments are strongly recommended and can be made online.

Location: New South, Roome B10 (basement).
