Effective January 17, 2024, PayFlex is changing their name to Inspira Financial. PayFlex is the administrator for Princeton University’s Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, and Health Savings Account.

There is no action required if you currently have an account with PayFlex; simply continue to use your existing username and password to access the NEW website. If you have a PayFlex-branded debit card associated with your account, it will continue to work until the card expires.  

If you currently have a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account and would like to manage your account online, please visit www.inspirafinancical.com to register and set up your account. In order to register, you will need your unique benefit ID number which can be found in HR Self Service under Benefit Details. Your online account provides an easy way to check your account balance and file claims.
