This 5-week program will cover behavior change strategies, the motivators, and barriers to quitting, how to manage withdrawal symptoms, and more. If you are working with a Health Coach on quitting, and you are enrolled in a Princeton medical plan, you are eligible to receive Nicotine Replacement Therapy at no cost. Even if you are not 100% ready to quit, or have tried in the past, we encourage you to participate.

For additional information, call (888) 224-7332 to speak with a Brightline team member about their services.

Prioritize Your Health and Well-Being in 2024

As we start the new year, it’s essential to reflect on past challenges and approach 2024 thoughtfully. Consider making small changes to your lifestyle, starting with just one behavior at a time. This approach is more attainable and easier to manage. Remember to focus on getting enough sleep, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities you enjoy to improve your overall health and well-being. Taking care of yourself is crucial, not just for you but also for those you love.
