New in 2024: Tobacco Cessation Group

Are you using tobacco, smoking, dipping, chewing, or vaping and thinking about quitting? The My Health Coach Program is offering a free and confidential Tobacco Cessation Group. This 5-week program will cover behavior change strategies, the motivators, and barriers to quitting, how to manage withdrawal symptoms, and more. If you are working with a Health Coach on quitting, and you are enrolled in a Princeton medical plan, you are eligible to receive Nicotine Replacement Therapy at no cost. Even if you are not 100% ready to quit, or have tried in the past, we encourage you to participate.

Join the Introductory Session: February 8, 2:30 p.m. Register online or call (866) 237-0973.

Brightline – New Virtual Mental Health Support for Kids and Teens

Effective immediately, if you are covering your children (aged 18 months through 17) under a Princeton medical plan, you have access to Brightline for virtual mental therapy and coaching through Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. Visits are covered at the same cost as in-network mental health visits under your plan. If your child needs mental health support, the Brightline team of licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists can assess, develop a treatment plan, and provide medication management. Brightline also provides support to parents and caregivers and will coordinate with external care teams such as pediatricians and schools. To get started, visit hellobrightline.com/princeton to create your account. For additional information, call (888) 224-7332 to speak with a Brightline team member about their services.

Prioritize Your Health and Well-Being in 2024

As we start the new year, it’s essential to reflect on past challenges and approach 2024 thoughtfully. Consider making small changes to your lifestyle, starting with just one behavior at a time. This approach is more attainable and easier to manage. Remember to focus on getting enough sleep, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities you enjoy to improve your overall health and well-being. Taking care of yourself is crucial, not just for you but also for those you love.
