September is National Suicide Prevention Month
This month is a time to raise awareness of this often stigmatized topic and to shift public perception, spread hope, and share vital information to people affected by suicide.
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is free and confidential 24/7 support to those in crisis or emotional distress, across the United States. The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices. Dial or text 988 for immediate assistance.
Bright Horizons: College Coach
College Coach, offered through Bright Horizons, can help you navigate your child’s path to college. The program provides one-on-one guidance from college admissions experts, including strategies for applying for college, personalized essay review with feedback, online education and resources, virtual events, and much more.

Kindbody
September is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS) Awareness Month, which is a hormonal disorder that impacts fertility and overall health. PCOS affects as many as 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, often leading to challenges with ovulation and conception.
Kindbody, Princeton’s fertility and family planning benefit provides support to those facing fertility challenges, including those related to PCOS. Kindbody provides fertility services to support your reproductive health, including IVF, medically necessary egg freezing, education and more.

- CAPTRUST is an independent investment advisory firm that provides free, confidential investment and financial advice to retirement plan participants.
