Annual physicals are very important because they can help identify and treat health conditions before they worsen. If you are overdue for an annual physical, prioritize your health now. 

Guidelines

• This program is intended for one-time use only.
• You must be enrolled in a Princeton medical plan to participate.
• If you already had an annual physical in 2025, you are not eligible.

What to Expect During Your Visit

• Biometric screenings and comprehensive blood work. 
• Education and guidance on what preventive screenings you should have.
• A private, comfortable exam room.

Schedule an annual physical online. If you cannot make your appointment, you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or you will be charged a fee. You will be sent electronic health forms, which should be completed prior to your appointment.
