What You Need to Know This Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Reducing the stigma of mental health, both at work and in our community, allows those struggling to seek treatment without fear of being judged. Delaying treatment often results in longer recovery times, so get the help you need, when you need it.

Practicing self-care is necessary for your overall health and well-being. One Minute for Me shares reminders of self-care and making the most of each day.

Carebridge
