FOLX Health offers a network of virtual care providers include primary care, mental health, specialists, surgeons, and OBGYNs, with many of these providers identifying as LGBTQIA+. FOLX's clinical team can provide ongoing support, including referrals for gender-affirming resources and surgery support. Since not all needs can be met virtually, FOLX offers a nationwide referral network to LGBTQIA+ friendly in-person providers.
Beyond medical care, FOLX offers advocacy and support for adoption and surrogacy, insurance issues, completing medical forms, prior authorization requests, and the name change process. Their community platform provides resources, webinars, support groups, and education for all benefits-eligible employees as well as family members.
FOLX Health will be available on January 1, 2025.
FOLX’s virtual provider network is available to employees and dependents aged 18 and older enrolled in a Princeton medical plan. The cost for FOLX provider visits is the same as in-network specialists visits. All other FOLX services are available to all benefits-eligible employees, regardless of medical plan election, at no cost.
