Pet insurance, offered through MetLife, offers comprehensive coverage designed to fit your budget and your pet’s needs. MetLife Pet insurance provides flexible coverage options and allows enrollees to visit any licensed veterinarian in the U.S. Coverage includes accidental injuries, illnesses, exam fees, surgeries, medications, hospital stays, tests, and more. You can cover up to three pets, and the cost varies based on the type of pet, breed, age, coverage level selected, and your zip code. You can enroll at any time during the year.

Identify theft and fraud protection is offered by Aura through MetLife. You must reside in the U.S. and have a Social Security number to be eligible to elect this coverage. Plan highlights include:

•  Financial fraud protection notifies you when there are new credit inquiries or suspicious transactions in your bank account
• 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring/Annual Credit Report, Experian Credit Lock and Credit Score Simulation
• Child monitoring tools, child credit freeze wizard and fully integrated parental controls
• White Glove, full-service fraud resolution should identity fraud occur, with pre-existing condition remediation included at no extra cost

The monthly rate is $8.45 for employee only coverage, and $13.95 for family coverage. Family coverage includes up to 10 adult family members and unlimited minors. Fraud resolution services are available Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Once enrolled in the benefit, contact Aura Customer Support for assistance at (844) 931-2872.
